3.9 TEXT AND DATA MINING
Authorized Users who wish to text and data mine the Licensed Electronic Products for non-commercial purposes may do so using the Wiley TDM API. Authorized Users will need to accept Wiley’s Text and Data Mining Agreement to receive an API token. 4.3 PUBLIC REDISTRIBUTION
Except as expressly permitted in section 3 [Permitted Uses], Customer, Members, and Authorized Users may not redistribute, reproduce or transmit to anyone other than Authorized Users the whole or any part of the Licensed Electronic Products and Services by any means including electronic (e.g. via email), nor post it on publicly-accessible web sites or networks.

NOTES:
-may make such local electronic copies of part of the Licensed Materials by means of caching as may be necessary solely to ensure efficient use of such materials by Authorized Users and Walk-in Users.

-may provide single printed or electronic copies of bibliographic and abstract data compiled from the Database as a result of a specific search of a Database upon request to individual Authorized Users.

-allow Authorized Users to have access to the Licensed Materials through the Member's Electronic Learning Environment.

-may display, download or print the Licensed Materials for the purpose of internal marketing or testing or for training Authorized Users.

-may create links to the Licensed Materials from OPAC records, library catalogues, link resolvers, locally hosted databases, or library web pages provided that those links do not result in unauthorized users gaining access to the Licensed Materials

-may transmit single copies of individual articles, chapters, or entries of the Licensed Materials to a third party colleague in hard copy or electronically for personal, scholarly or educational use

-may electronically save parts of the Licensed Materials for personal use.

-may Print single copies of parts of the Licensed Materials

-may distribute single copies of bibliographic and abstract data compiled from the Database as a result of a specific search of a Database or items of the Licensed Materials in print or electronic form to other Authorized Users; for the avoidance of doubt, this sub-clause shall include the distribution of a copy for teaching purposes to all individual student Authorized Users in a class at a Member

-may incorporate parts of the Licensed Materials in printed Course Packs and Electronic Reserve collections for the use of Authorized Users in the course of instruction at a Member, but not for Commercial Use, so long as reasonable access control methods are employed.
