3.3 INTERLIBRARY LOAN Members may provide to an academic library of a non-Member, by paper, fax or secure or electronic means using Ariel or its equivalent whereby the electronic file is deleted and inaccessible after printing, a single copy of an individual document within the Publications, for the purposes supplying an Authorized User of the recipient library with a single copy of an electronic original of that content for the purpose of research or private study and not for Commercial Use. 3.9 TEXT AND DATA MINING Members and Authorized Users may apply automated tools and processes to the Publications for the purposes of textual analysis and visual mapping of textual and/or statistical relationships within the context of scholarship, research, and other educational purposes, provided that: 3.9.1 such copies are made and stored only to the extent necessary for the purposes of such computational analysis; 3.9.2 such copies are not transferred to any other person or used for any other purpose without the Publisher's consent; 3.9.3 such copies are destroyed once they are no longer necessary for the relevant computational analysis; 3.9.4 the Authorized Users acknowledge the use of the Publications if any results of the computational analysis are published; and 3.9.5 the Authorized Users comply with all Publisher usage policies communicated to them or made available to them, including without limitation any security measures and conditions of access. Members and Authorized Users may publish the results of such Text and Data Mining. Publisher will cooperate with Customer, Members, and Authorized Users as reasonably necessary in making the Publications available to the Authorized User for Text and Data Mining purposes. 8.2 LOCAL LOADING AND LOCAL/ALTERNATE HOSTING Publisher agrees to negotiate in good faith a separate agreement with a Member or a duly authorized representative (e.g. a consortium acting on behalf of the Member) at any point in the term of this Agreement, for perpetual local loading and alternate hosting of the Publications on the Member’s server or a third-party server, as designated by the Member. 4.3 PUBLIC REDISTRIBUTION Except as permitted in section 3 [Permitted Uses], Customer, Members, and Authorized Users may not re-distribute, reproduce or transmit to anyone other than Authorized Users the whole or any part of the Publications by any means including electronic (e.g. via email), nor post it on publicly-accessible web sites or networks. NOTES: -may make such local electronic copies of part of the Licensed Materials by means of caching as may be necessary solely to ensure efficient use of such materials by Authorized Users and Walk-in Users. -may provide single printed or electronic copies of single articles upon request to individual Authorized Users. -allow Authorized Users to have access to the Licensed Materials through the Member's Electronic Learning Environment. -may display, download or print the Licensed Materials for the purpose of internal marketing or testing or for training Authorized Users. -may electronically save parts of the Licensed Materials for personal use. -may electronically save parts of the Licensed Materials for personal use. -may Print single copies of parts of the Licensed Materials -may distribute single copies of individual articles or items of the Licensed Materials in print or electronic form to other Authorized Users, but not for Commercial Use.
